Chocolate pudding
My chocolate pudding recipe is a super-food for kids. It provides protein, good fats, phytonutrients and anti-oxidants. I love this recipe when my kids do not like what’s for dinner. Avocado is considered a whole food, so as a mom, I do not worry about nutrient deficiency when they eat chocolate pudding either for dinner or desert.
Ingredients
1 avocado
½ a banana
2 spoons of raw cacao powder
organic honey to taste
Instructions
Blend in vita mix or other blender (stays well in fridge for about one week)
serve with berries or other fruit; or eat it by itself
