Chocolate pudding

My chocolate pudding recipe is a super-food for kids. It provides protein, good fats, phytonutrients and anti-oxidants. I love this recipe when my kids do not like what’s for dinner. Avocado is considered a whole food, so as a mom, I do not worry about nutrient deficiency when they eat chocolate pudding either for dinner or desert.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado

  • ½ a banana

  • 2 spoons of raw cacao powder

  • organic honey to taste

Instructions

  • Blend in vita mix or other blender (stays well in fridge for about one week)

  • serve with berries or other fruit; or eat it by itself
